We are looking for a freelance experienced designer for per project basis. Knowledge of advanced photoshop and illustrator required. HTML and CSS knowledge are a plus and will consist of more projects getting assigned to you. We have a budget that ranges between $150-$200 for a 5-10 page designed website. HTML will consist of a different project and budgets range from $150-$300 for a 5-10 page website.
