Titlu Job: Test Manager

In your role as Test Manager, you will be responsible for the following deliverables: • Creation / Selection of test products to facilitate test activities for POC Workplace Solution of the Readiness Program • Planning and execution of test activities for WPS • Advise on and executed EUC WPS test processes /activities • Organize and execute component integration tests, migration tests and user acceptance testing with business users • Establishing requirements for proof of concept and the design of the POC environment regarding SCCM infrastructure / Software distribution. • Serve as a technical contact on projects as assigned. • Responsible for all changes in used test methodology • Advise on test approach using software packages (AppV/MSI) for WPS proof of concept • Hand-on execution of POC and acceptance tests Skills and Competences • 5+ years related work experience. • Experience with migrations, including Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft AppV, Microsoft MSI, SCCM in a large corporate environment. • Testing (management) 3+ year related work experience • Ability to lead a small team (3-4 specialists) • Ability to create test product and execute (Hand-on) • Experience in working in project (estimation of timelines, costs, etc.) • Good documentation skills and communication skills • Working with business (testers) • Experience of working with vendors / related projects • A passion for technology and a “can-do” attitude. • Take ownership and responsibility. • Eye for detail and quality. • Flexible / Selfstarter on ownership and responsibilies • Works well within a multi cultural team. • Must be able to manage own time successfully. • Excellent listening and communication skills, at both a technical and non technical level. • Able to work at location abroad (possible 5 day a week) • English language is required Start date: ASAP Job location: Bucharest, travelling is required
