Quality Manager IT telco
You will be responsible for establishing a consistent set of policies, processes, systems and handbooks, responsible for continuous improvement of service delivery to customers world-wide. You will be responsible for classifying operations staff productivity opportunities, leading for a small team of Process Consultants, cooperating with management on development and implementation of quality metrics for all departmental processes, ensure all operations staff globally are properly trained, communication the representatives within the wider organization, frequently consult the global Operations Managers and Knowledge Manager to identify and prioritize area's for improvement, etc.
We require:
Bachelor degree within the IT,
fluent English is a must,
3 years experience in defining policies, processes, business systems and handbooks in a support services environment,
1 year project management experience,
3 years experience in the computer or telecoms industry within a highly technical and business critical environment,
experience with knowledge management is preferred, experience with CMM is preferred, ITIL, PRINCE2 certification, ISO9001/Tickit auditor skills are preferred,
very good presentation skills, flexibility, high tolerance to travel, willing to work outside core hours to meet business demands.
