Job description
For Juniors:
- Design, code and test program or application modules that meet design specification;
- Understanding the functional specifications (in French or English);
- Working on ASP .Net 2.0 – 3.5 technology (C# preferred), as well as with MS SQL Server;
- Understanding the software architecture, based on .Net 2.0 and MS SQL Server 2005;
- Working with complex user interfaces.
For Seniors, also:
- Maintains the current projects in the Software Development Department (bug-fixing and new features implementation) for all software projects;
- Participate in execution and documentation of tests necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment meets performance requirements;
- Communicates directly with the appointed customers’ contact for a clear understanding of the specifications;
- Prepares internal written documentation for the work done, ensuring continuity in development;
- Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member;
- Identify client needs and translate into proposed processes and solutions.
Requirements:
- Student ( for the Junior position) or graduate of a Computer Science/Mathematics related University.
- ASP .NET experience;
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server;
- Advanced knowledge in Web services;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, advantage AJAX ;
- Excellent knowledge of Object oriented and relational concepts;
- Language skills – English and / or French , oral and written.
