Requirements
• Basic Windows 2003 Server knowledge (access control, service configuration, troubleshooting);
• File servers maintenance skills;
• Basic networking and protocols knowledge;
• Excellent Windows workstation OS knowledge (XP and Vista installation and troubleshooting);
• Acquisition for IT knowledge/experience (spare parts, workstations upgrades, consumables);
• Hardware support skills (cabling, workstations parts replacement and upgrade, etc);
• Printer configuration/maintenance skills;
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Romanian.
