Titlu Job: Web Designer & Developer
Ideal Candidate:
- University Degree or high school degree combined with relevant experience
- Professional background:
- Strong web design skills and a proven record of designing websites;
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Flash (design-related ActionScript knowledge would be an advantage) and Corel Draw, Macromedia Director; experience with other static and motion design software (e.g. Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects) is considered a plus;
- A good understanding of web development technologies: HTML, PHP, AJAX, MYSQL, CSS;Javascript understanding
- Understanding of web programming concepts is considered a plus;
- Excellent understanding of web usability principles and user interface design;
- Basic knowledge (design-related) of Search Engine Optimization techniques;
- Skills in printing, layout, color theory, and corporate branding;
- Personal Skills:
- Strong creative and visual skills with an eye for detail; good illustrative skills a plus;
- Ability to translate a creative brief into an effective marketing vehicle;
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as alone once the project objectives have been defined;
- Ability to work in extremely fast-paced environment;
- Strong work ethics, drive and enthusiasm to deliver high quality work;
- Great customer focus;
- Excellent English skills;

Responsabilities:
- Create new websites for our company and our clients
- Designs and creates computer-based and web-based graphics, animation, video, sound and content for use in web sites ;
- Designs web interfaces, develops layout design and concept, selects and secures appropriate illustrative materials to be used
- Ensures consistency, accuracy and compliance with required standards;
- Maintains internal posting of policies, forms, and related data as provided
- Decide on the design aspects of the websites, such as how to use graphics, links and forms, etc
- Develop custom programs to extend the functionality of the created websites
- Cooperate with other designers, programmers, system administrators and other IT staff to make sure the websites are created according to internal quality standards / clients requests
- Cooperate with website editors to help maintain or / and update the websites once they are completed by adding new content, illustrations or features, etc;
