*Job Description:*
The Web Designer will be responsible for user interface design, site graphics, and artistic design for web site interface, products, and features. He/she will work within cross-functional development teams to concept, create and design the look and feel, graphic elements and user interface. He/she will insure that online standards, rules and visual guidelines are followed in design initiatives. Participate in cross-functional team reviews on design projects.
*Requirements:*
- Thorough understanding of professional website development for \"business\" clients. Examples of your work will be expected with your resume.
- Proven skills in HTML, XML, CSS, FLASH;
- JavaScript basic knowledge;
- Comfortable coding pages primarily with CSS for cross-browser compatibility, using tables only for major structural elements.
- At least medium graphic creation and manipulation with Photoshop.
- Have a good technical understanding of SEO principles and how they must be implemented in web design projects.
- Good understanding of both written and spoken English is mandatory.
