Descrierea postului:
We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, one of the largest multinational companies in the FMCG area worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Act as first level of application support and escalate incidents to HR SAP Business Process Leader and /or second level (IT) by posting them into Magic Helpdesk System
Supports and /or Performs testing during new SAP releases/upgrades;
Check with end-user to ensure SAP HR Master Data is accurate preserving consistent information between SAP and Payroll application;
Escalates issues to HR SAP Main Key User;
When required assign SAP Roles to users according to Job Description � Roles Matrix for HR area and maintains this matrix together with Business Systems Security Manager (BSSM) and HR SAP Business Process Leader;
Supports and conduct end-user training;
Acts as back-up for HR SAP Main Key user.
Cerinte:
Previous experience with SAP is an advantage, or other IT/system/data base support function;
Advanced English;
Structured thinking;
Organization and attention to details;
Work management;
Interest in the HR area.
