Responsibilities * Develops and maintains PHP sites and webservices * Develops and maintains complex databases * Ensures project’s codebase quality   * Ensures project’s codebase scalability * Communicates with clients * Continuously develops new technical skills * Be open-minded & proactive, don’t settle for what is required * Participate in discussions with clients and team members about technical best practices and help teams identify optimal technical solutions Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Technologies Technical * + 2 years experience in software development * Detailed understanding of programming paradigms * Detailed understanding of Object Oriented concepts * Proven experience in PHP/Magento technology * Proven experience in Web technologies - HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Ajax * Proven experience in Database technologies - MYSQL Server, others are a plus * Ability to work with multiple File Versioning software, like Git, Subversion * Have at least 1 project in production * Taken part in at least 3 projects Personal / Non-technical * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Attention to detail * Good problem solving skills * Solid time estimation ability * Ability to meet deadlines * Ability to work in a team * Proficient English skills You get bonus points for: * Your knowledge of UX and IA * Have experience in advanced Javascript UI Development What we offer: • Amazing Team • Flexible schedule, but highly disciplined and self-managed • Significant growth opportunities • Performance-based bonuses • Marriage and new baby bonus • Yearly offsite trips --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with best practices and industry/professional standards.
