*Description*:
* Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
* Lead the planning and implementation of project;
* Define project tasks and resource requirements;
* Develop full scale project plans;
* Assemble and coordinate project staff;
* Budget and resource allocation management and forecasting
* Plan and schedule project timelines;
* Professionally execute clear and effective communication to the client
* Participate in business development pitches/meeting with prospects
* Establishing and improving processes, metrics, reporting, and artifacts
*Skills and experience*:
* Business acumen, project planning
* Self-starter who can initiate action and follow through with well-defined solutions and action plans;
* Experience defining and running a software development lifecycle process, specifically for Scrum and/or Agile methodologies
* PMP/PMI not required
* Proven delivery track record and project management skills; ability to organize multiple complex projects, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead highly complex and visible initiatives
* Excellent project management and reporting skills
* Experience performing product management functions, business systems analysis, user experience design, information architecture and/or quality assurance are a plus
* Excellent influencing, communication and facilitation skills at all levels and functions
*Requirements*:
3+ years experience
Experience in one of more of the following business solutions: e-commerce, web development, online customer support, media and publishing, consumer products, knowledge management and collaboration.
