You can see who we are and what we do at www.lateral-inc.com and, if you’re interested, we’d very much like to talk to you. *Responsibilities* • Develops and maintains Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions • Gathers the requirements for project iterations • Ensures the Data Warehouse data modelling • Ensures the Data Warehouse quality and performance • Design, plan, develop, test, document and maintain BI capabilities, including data warehouse data structures, ETL jobs, cubes and reports • Handles communication with the client • Being able to contribute to the business intelligence development tools selection *Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Technologies* *Technical* • 3+ years of experience on developing Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions • Having strong Transact-SQL skills • Strong knowledge of Relational Databases theory • Being able to logically design and physically implement a relational database • Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse theory and structures • Being able to model and implement a multidimensional database • Having worked with at least one of the following methodologies: Kimball Bus Architecture, Inmon Hub-and-Spoke(CIF) Architecture, Dan Linstedt’s Data Vault • Proven experience with SQL Server RDBMS, Integration Services(SSIS), Analysis Services(SSAS), Reporting Services(SSRS) or similar • Having experience with M(assive)P(arallel)P(rocessing) architectures(eg: Redshift, Azure SQL Data Warehouse) is a plus • Ability to work with multiple File Versioning software, like Subversion, TFS or Git *Personal / Non-technical* • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Attention to detail • Good problem solving skills • Solid time estimation ability • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work in a team • Proficient English skills *What we offer:* • Amazing Team • Flexible schedule, but highly disciplined and self-managed • Significant growth opportunities • Performance-based bonuses • Marriage and new baby bonus • Yearly offsite trips Apply below and tell us who you are and what you’ve done.
