The main objectives of a Project Manager are to plan, monitor and finalize projects according to requirements, strict deadlines and within budget. This includes staying close with the client, facilitating the communication between client site and development team, acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects to a proper end Responsibilities • Understands client’s business, specific needs, practices and financial models, and key stakeholders • Identifies resource needs, prepares specific objectives and project plan • Monitors and reports on progress and leads in order to deliver solutions • Risk management • Change and issue management • Project Accounting (budget and profitability) • Communicates permanently with Regional Manager, making sure that all the necessary information is transmitted in a timely manner • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope • Develops and maintains relations with clients referring to solutions, project objectives and expected results • Motivates the project team Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Technologies • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field. • A background combining post-graduate education, development experience, and project or technical Leading experience, and demonstrated organizational and personal skills • Minimum 3-5 years prior experience managing staff • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Proficient English skills What we offer: • Amazing Team • Flexible schedule, but highly disciplined and self-managed • Significant growth opportunities • Performance-based bonuses • Marriage and new baby bonus • Yearly offsite trips Apply below and tell us who you are and what you’ve done.
