Titlu Job: Web and Usability Designer
*Introduction:*
Skadool is a privately held startup in the web 2.0 social networking arena. We are working on a revolutionary collaboration and socialization system. The company has operated in the Cluj area for over two years and will be launching their service in 2009.

*Responsibilities:*
* to be fully responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of the web application, ensuring that brand continuity is maintained
* create wireframes and mockups to demonstrate features prior to code being written
* working with customers and other users to get feedback on mockups and features
* fit and develop existing web app esthetic
*Ideal Candidate Background:*
* good HTML/CSS experience
* a proven track designing public web sites and applications (portfolio)
* strong good oral and written communication skills
*Plus Points:*
* good exposure to Web 2.0 sites and JavaScript code
