Titlu Job: Mid/Senior Test Engineer

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class talent on unique interactive projects. We are looking for a passionate Test Engineer. Description: As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality of our products. You will create strategies, review and contribute to test plans. You will analyze, review and evaluate user requirements and user specifications. Duties include: Creating test specifications, Preparation and acquisition of test data, executing and logging tests, evaluate the test results and document deviations from the expected results, testing monitoring tools as requested, test-automation (big plus) Your focus is on establishing high quality processes and high quality products. You foster best practices and maintain regular reporting. As the team base expands you are to mentor colleagues and help develop talent. You promote and develop a culture of delivery beyond the ordinary, a commitment to customer service and satisfaction, bridging the worlds of the design & technical teams with the end customer. Requirements: • Proven track record of successfully testing applications • Good understanding of the SDLC • General knowledge of the software development and testing field (fundamentals of testing, test design techniques) • Ability to work with minimum supervision • Team player • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) • Confident, exact and creative (skeptical, especially about assumptions, wants to see concrete evidence) • Analytical and patient • Able to swiftly understand the nature of business • Ability to meet deadlines Experience in Automation or programming is a plus.
