We need an HR Specialist (or whatever you'd like to call it — ‘People Person, Team Happiness Magician'?) to work on everything related to...People.
You’ll be working in the Oradea office with the odd trips to Cluj and New York.
You'll be working on a broad variety of tasks ranging from recruitment, to helping people develop their .NET, iOS (and not only) Ninja skills, to organising fancy trips for our fancy clients and colleagues.
You’ll manage the wonderful education project Lateral Academy where we share our skills and experience, as well as our Internship Projects.
The key tasks of this HR Specialist we’re looking for include:
• Finding the best people (Recruitment&Selection) and immersing them in our culture (Induction & Accommodation)
• Developing people (organizing trainings, events)
• Managing the Lateral Academy Program and The Internship Program
• Doing some boring paperwork (contracts, reviews, reports etc)
• Helping wherever is needed
• Laughing and winning
Our dream person for this job:
• Has at least 2-3 years experience in HR, but you could have done something similar somewhere else
• Has superb English skillz
• Has a deep understanding of people
• Exuberates positive energy
