What we are looking for We are immediately looking for an engaged, reliable and open-minded Software Developer for our team, based in Bucharest. Who we are Cosimo Intelligent Evolution is a Romanian startup founded in 2015, working on several projects from IT&C, IoT to Software development and integration. We are planning to expand our team, in order to be able to enlarge our portfolio of projects in Banking and many others. What to expect You are going to have a key role in our team and your main responsibility will be the integration of an end-to-end solution, hardware and software. This solution helps the clients switch to paperless, to eliminate the use of paper in all their daily operation, using biometric signature, documents archiving and many other tools. Our target customers are from Banking, Insurance, Telecom and other industries where digitization of the workflows has an important added value. Starting with the SDK, you will make all implementation in Java of the features in the bank-end of the software, and sometimes in C# for front-end. Subsequently you are going to participate in the maintenance of the existing installations and in the technical meetings with the clients. Your general profile • You provide more than 1 years of relevant experience in software development. • You are able to communicate fluently in English. • You solve problems independently, work carefully, organized and precisely. • Your personality is pragmatic, balanced and capable of criticism. • You consider state-of-the-art as required minimum quality. • You are open for new technologies and methodologies. • You are continuously and autonomously improving your knowledge. Your abilities Excellent skills in writing, documenting and testing code following company standards and technologies. CORE LANGUAGES: Java 6.0 or higher. J2EE 5.0 or higher. REPRESENT A PLUS: Knowledge of C# Knowledge of persistence frameworks like Hibernate and MyBatis. Knowledge of MVC frameworks like Struts and Spring Knowledge of Maven 2 Knowledge of versioning systems like SVN and GIT DATABASE Medium level of knowledge, in terms of usage, installation and ordinary maintenance for databases. Concepts about entity relationship design Basic knowledge of SQL APPLICATION SERVER REPRESENTS A PLUS Ability in deployment and performing related works like datasource configuration, security and authentication setup.
