We are a hard-working, friendly company from Cleveland - OH looking to employ in Romania!
Available Position: IT Tech Support:
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Preferred to have had 3 years of work
- Bi-lingual: proficient in English and Romanian;
- Ability to work evening hours (15:00 - 23:30) with the option to work from home
- Ability to work remotely in a team and support other co-workers
- Self motivated, honest, organized, working well with little supervision.
Compensation: depending on role & experience
