Traffic Empire is an end-to-end marketing company that provides an expert level of marketing and customer support services for companies in all the corners of the world.
Responsabilities:
▪ Server Room maintenance;
▪ Basic desk-side support for MAC and Windows: install, update, minor maintenance;
▪ Realizing general systems maintenance tasks such as daily review of logs and alerts, managing resource usage, troubleshooting routine automated maintenance and backup processes, applying patches, etc;
▪ 24/7 First-response to alerts due to network/system/application issues;
▪ Installation and configuration of operating systems and software products according to pre-defined system configuration;
▪ Configure and manage the newsletter system;
▪ Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment for internal use, in terms of hardware and software;
▪ Provide technical support for problems of various departments;
▪ Technical assistance for equipment (computers, printers, phones, etc. ) ;
▪ Installation / reinstallation and configuration of the operating system and applications on a standard PC;
▪ Checking functionality permanent systems (servers , workstations , network );
▪ Continuous monitoring systems to prevent and detect access or attempted access unauthorized or outside the company;
▪ Provide necessary supplies for IT systems.
Technical requirements:
▪ 3+ year experience as a Linux Admin;
▪ Knowledge of Nginx/php-fpm/MySQL;
▪ Basic Network Knowledge – TCP/IP Networking, switching and routing concepts;
▪ Basic Knowledge of bash scripting;
▪ Basic Knowledge in desk side support for Windows, MAC
Desired skills:
▪ Experience with Postfix E-mail servers (iRedmail)
▪ Experience with Puppet, Cloud Services, Automation
▪ Experience or knowledge with E-mail delivery
▪ Proficient in English;
▪ Organized, methodical, able to prioritize;
▪ Excellent communication skills;
▪ Positive attitude;
▪ Teamwork skills;
▪ Able to adapt to different situations.
Windows:
Domain Controller setup and maintenance
Domain Workstation management
It's a plus if you have:
▪ Experience in a similar position;
▪ Experience with web servers: Nginx;
