Titlu Job: Technical Lead

Our team delivers design and technology with passion for clients on 3 continents (North America, Europe and Asia). We are a team of over 110 talented professionals located in 5 offices (California, New-York, Oradea, Targu-Mures & Cluj-Napoca). As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with best practices, industry/professional standards and world-class talent on unique interactive projects. Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the technical solution for a project - Coordinate the technical activities of the development team, and establish work priorities - Proposes technical solutions, project architectures, project timelines and other documents that define and clarifies project processes - In charge of technical communication with the client - Availability to travel to client’s site for face to face meetings - Perform pair programming, code reviews framework analysis and technical onboarding - Product lifecycle management - overseeing the entire process from concept through release and ongoing maintenance Technical Abilities: - Advanced software engineering skills and practices - Understanding of and experience with Good Design Principles - Very good knowledge of C# and the .NET framework; upcoming technologies are a plus - Experience with frontend technologies and frameworks - Advance knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server and MySql); NoSQL db knowledge is a plus - ORM experience (Entity Framework) - Cloud technologies knowledge is a plus (Azure or AWS) - Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, KanBan) and experience with issue tracking and project - Management tools such as Jira - Ability to understand and handle technical requirements - Ability to identify and manage technical risks - Hands-on experience in leading a technical team - Experience with software engineering processes: code review, Unit Testing and TDD, continuous integration & deployment Personal/Non-technical Abilities: - Ability to identify and clarify any non-functional requirements - Problem-solving skills - Good knowledge of estimation techniques - Tracking and monitoring skills - Time management - Leadership skills - Very good communication skills - Advanced English skills written and spoken What we offer: • Amazing Team • Flexible schedule, but highly disciplined and self-managed • Significant growth opportunities • Performance-based bonuses • Marriage and new baby bonus • Yearly offsite trips --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You can see who we are and what we do at www.lateral-inc.com and, if you’re interested, we’d very much like to talk to you.
