Titlu Job: junior copywriter / social media manager
In order to become our colleague, you should be a real team player, flexible and highly responsible. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are highly appreciated as well.
In addition, we’re looking for:
knowledge in writing website news, newsletters and marketing emails;
knowledge of social media and online communities;
proficiency in English and Romanian;
for research tasks: very good command of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Power Point);
a natural problem-solver and think-outside-the-box type of person;
a person drawn to marketing & communication - we're looking for a "perpetual student" who is self-motivated to grow beyond the basic job requirements;
seriousness, punctuality, self-motivated & with good communication abilities.
Not required (but good to have):
experience in publishing (media, websites, blogs, etc) is a definite plus, and will give you better odds of getting hired;
copywriting experience (ideally in direct response marketing, either in sales or non-profit) would be a great addition to your skills.
Daily duties will consist in:
writing email campaigns for specific target groups;
managing social media pages and seeking new ways to engage your audience;
delivering original content for print campaigns;
making the website content and written material feel personalized;
continuously improving the user experience;
conducting market research and competitor analysis to ensure your brand always stays ahead of the curve;
collaborating with the design and marketing teams to deliver original content for special projects;
constantly seeking new ways to deliver an out-of-the-box approach;
actively taking part in brainstorming session and proposing new ideas that can further develop our brand image.
