Titlu Job: Production Test Development Engineer

The person ensures the minimum slip-through value for measuring processes and reach highest technical availability for equipments. Work requires analytical and design knowledge with software and hardware technology, in the sense of designing, testing, implementation & modification of informatics systems which contain as main component software. The person will test processes designated by the team leader (such as SPI, AOI, AXI, ICT, Flash, Functional Test, Load test, Frequency Test, Final test and Analyze stations) and will be responsible for all these technologies, until the project is released into production (starting the SOP) and for the follow up regarding the project. He/she will debug/maintain/analyze SW and HW in order to reach the quality targets; will develop SW and HW and then will maintain and update them by Focus Factories; will be responsible for ensuring the technical resources (availability of equipments, spare parts, SW application, etc.) and will prepare and update the documentation for processes. Another responsibility is to ensure all the KPI’s of the processes before SOP and to continuously improve these processes regarding KPI’s value and robustness. Also, he or she will prepare the engineering quality targets for his measuring process (equipment and quality statistics) and in case of nonconformity defines corrective actions and implements them. Requirements: Education: Technical University Degree Professional Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in the domain Project and/or Process Experience: minimum experience Programming/Electronics/Professional knowledge (MES, ICT, Functional Test, Hardware) Following procedures and work instructions Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools: 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone analysis Experience with Automotive Quality standards Good command of English language For more information, please send Mail+ CV at andreea.cimpan@salesconsulting.ro
