Titlu Job: Professional Services Division Manager
On behalf of our client, an established technology services provider with global presence, we are currently looking for a Professional Services Division Manager.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivery management of system integration projects. Coordinating a team of 60 Project Managers and Consultants, the role carries overall responsibility for establishing clear vision and direction across the whole division.
The Professional Services Division Manger will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships throughout the customer implementation project. Is accountable for management of customer expectations. Additionally, the job holder will be expected to perform the following duties:
• Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed thus guaranteeing effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
• Provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports.
• Attend client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.
• Develop and facilitate workshops and training courses.
It is essential that the successful candidate will have previous experience of managing a delivery team split over multiple locations in a software delivery environment. You must have experience and the proven ability to build and develop delivery teams.
