Titlu Job: IT Recruiter

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Job description design; 

• Sourcing (LinkedIn, recommendations, employment websites, database search);

• Screen resumes / CV's and choose the correct candidates based on job requirements; 

• Identifying potential candidates in accordance with a specific job description;

• Select the appropriate candidates for the next selection step; 

• Interview candidates; 

• Provide feedback to the interviewed candidates or keeping them up to date regarding the selection process status; 

• Preparing and communicating job offers. 


Administrative department activities: 

• Work together with a global team on a daily basis; 

• Give regular updates to the Operations Manager; 

• Employee data processing. 


REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in IT Recruitment; 

• Minimum 1 year’ experience in Recruitment; 

• Fluent English communication skills (oral & written); 

• University/ Bachelor's Degree; 

• Experience in using multiple sourcing channels; 

• Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point; 

• Excellent networking and relationship - building skills; 

• Flexibility, openness to change and new challenges; 

• Very good organization of work and ability to quickly adapt priorities to changing business requirements; 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; 

• Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines with great attention to details; 

• Commitment and ownership attitude; 

• Willingness to become involved in other HR areas, as the team grows.
