Titlu Job: Aveva PDMS Administrator

Job description:

The Aveva PDMS Administrator is responsible for project setup, maintenance and support of the system. The administrator will maintain allareas of the 3D model environment for stability and maintenance and shallensure the modelling environment works appropriately in regard to thegeneration, control and distribution of 3D model interfaces.

Requests:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in IT Engineering.- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills andability to manage multiple requests;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills andability to effectively function in a team environment.- Self-taught person and ability to quickly learn newtechnologies and how to apply them accordingly;

- Relevant experience in Aveva PDMS Projects Administrationor Tribon Projects Administration;

- Knowledge of Oracle, SQLServer or any other RDBMS.- Familiar with Detail Engineering workflow;

- Object Oriented Programming experience as the Aveva PDMSsystem allows writting custom macros using C# or PML programming languages;

Duties andresponsibilities:

- Project set-up, administration and user support for AvevaPDMS;

- Understands the scope of each project and has thecapability to create PDMS database structures that will enable the 3D designand subsequent creation of deliverables from the project databases;

- Interact directly with users/discipline leads and documentrequirements and special needs related to project designs and needs;

- Coordinate with the designers from the respectiveengineering disciplines to meet the project deliverables with timeliness andquality;

- Troubleshoot and escalate appropriately any technicalissues and follow-up for quick resolution;

- Project specific customization of system and writingmacros as per project needs and for further checking the quality of PDMSoutputs.
