Titlu Job: L1 Big Data Engineer
Mission:
You will be part of the Big Data & HPC team in BDS GDC Ro and the main mission will be to provide a worldwide L1 support to Atos and Channel Partners presales organizations.
The activity will apply on the «bullion» offer, including the bullion high end x86 entreprise server designed by Atos/Bull and the solutions and appliances using it: Database, Datalake, SAP HANA.
Activities will include:
- technical configurations, configuration pricing, technical support to local presales for technical bid proposals
- handling L1 incidents
- design and validation of architectures for customer projects
- technical presentations to customers or partners, participation to workshops, demonstrations
- interface with Sales and Presales engineers worldwidecreation and delivery of presales training to local presales and GBU.
A special focus will be put on the Partner Channel Support (Dell, HDS, CISCO …) in coordination with the Channel Manager inside “Server & Appliances” team, with the deal desk dedicated to these channel.
Job Requirements
- Preferable a qualified degree in the STEM field or an equivalent professional education
- Basic knowledge of IT principles and techniquesTheoretical knowledge of HPC/Big Data principles & architecture
- Good working knowledge in English language with an interest in getting to the point quickly.
- Strong customer service orientation with distinct organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset
- Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
