The Conversion Rate Optimization Agency helps clients optimize their websites and their businesses. This involves identifying areas that can be improved in terms of User experience, developing several hypotheses that will generate growth, then acting by implementing changes into the clients' websites: transposing testing ideas into reality.
What your job is about
Your job is about helping our clients to grow their businesses by prototyping ideas and constantly developing the best version of their website. This ultimately helps users across the world to have the best possible interaction with web applications.
This means creating testing experiments by creating CSS / Javascript code and combining it with features of the Omniconvert platform. These experiments will enhance both the design and functionality of the client’s website. They can range from simple tasks of moving sections or redesigning elements on the page, to complex tasks of creating new areas of content with which the users interact, adding features to the website while linking several experiments throughout the conversion funnel.
The role involves working in an ever-evolving environment, using the Kanban methodology.Does that sound like a challenge? We believe it does.

Requirements
Ability to understand existing layout and functionality and being able to create code that will run on top of the existing one, in order to change design and functionality
Very good HTML5, CSS knowledge
Experience with responsive web design
Experience with cross-browser development (IE11+)
Good Javascript knowledge
Solid jQuery knowledge
Basic understanding of Ajax
Good understanding of Javascript DOM Events
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
Multitasking skills
Nice-to-have experience
Version Control Systems (Git is a plus)
Understanding of OOP
Personal skills
Very good communication and organization skills

Responsibilities
Translate static design content into responsive templates
Use the Omniconvert platform to target experiments for pages / to users
Create and embed CSS/Javascript code into experiments, test and debug it on client’s website
Troubleshoot and solve front-end site functionality issues
Write clean, semantic and optimal code for HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Adhere to best practices
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize client (end consumer) experiences across all devices
Actively participate in requirements reviews and UI/UX design choices
Create CSS code that are consistent across all browsers and platforms (IE11+)
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
Promote usability best practices
