Competitors App is an online SaaS startup that helps marketers track their competitors' online activity.

We have worked for more than 1 year to develop our product and now we are ready to scale.

We already have users that tested the app and we have customers.

** Test our product before you apply.**

We are already getting users that begin the trial, we need YOU to make sure they understand it and turn them into customers.

Responsibilities: 

- talk to our users, get feedback, help improve the product, turn them into customers 

- make sure every user account is set up correctly and understand their needs 

- schedule 1 on 1 online demo calls with users - prepare and present webinars 

- LinkedIn outreach to bring in more customers

 - write guides/articles for our customers on our blog/knowledge database - write newsletters with our product updates and handle social media updates ...

This is a startup job, not a corporate one.

Work remote, from home or from co-working spaces.
