Titlu Job: Customer Success Executive Internship

You will get a chance to work with customers in Europe, North America (US & Canada), South America, Africa and Asia. Help some of the largest brands, events and venues manage access to their events, handle payment operations and improve their audience engagement policies.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via our digital channels and guide them through using our solutions
- Understand our technology and build digital support manuals for users
- Write articles on topics related to our industry
- Travel and offer on-premise support for our customers in Europe, Japan and US
- Build lasting relationships with key customers and help cross-sell our solutions
We are looking for you if:
- You have global ambitions and are ready to join a global startup
- You have a very good command of the English language, both in writing and speaking
- You want to gain insights into how a tech startup works and how technology helps shape the world
- You are curious, inquisitive and ready to learn new concepts and extend your knowledge
It would help if you are a good speaker of another globally used language, have (some) technical skills and have previously worked in another tech startup, on premise or remote. However, these are not mandatory and we are looking forward to meeting you if you think you would fit the team.
Compensation:
After the internship period you will be compensated competitively. As a plus you will visit the world to meet customers, attend conferences, develop your skills. Bonuses are offered based on your performance and the input you add to the company.
