> About the Role
The ideal candidate is someone with the passion for building communities, connect with people, and loves to express ideas through beautiful words and images. He/she should be a ‘people person’ with good customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

-Great visual and verbal communication- Analytical skills- Experience in designing customer experiences is desirable.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series or writing an email newsletter) is a plus.
- Solid academic background in a related field. A degree in Communication, Media, Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred.
- Understanding of trends in social media, web and mobile technologies.
- Taking photographs as well as video editing skills are a plus.
- Have an eye and interest in good design.- Great time management skills, thrives on multi-tasking (but still have focus for each task) and don't easily get stressed under pressure.
- A can-do attitude: No task is too small or too daunting.> Responsabilities
- Work closely with the Manager to build creative content and develop strategies to create passion for our business and grow the community both online and offline.
- Networks with community members and identify Community Ambassadors.
- Create and update a database of Community Ambassadors and Business Partners.
- Train and empower Community Ambassadors to participate on a more significant engagement level.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
- Monitors and measures the success of community engagement (i.e. number of users,number of discussions, etc.). Identify, analyze and report on community trends to internal team. Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with Development and Sales manager to stay updated on new products and features.
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists- Monitors discussions, resource postings, and trends within the community. Identifies and reports trends in usage and advises on potential opportunities.
- Working with a wide range of media.
- Create compelling visuals, writing content and getting to know the communities on each platform and being the face to the community.
- Keep management team up to date on the best voice, platforms and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
