YOUR DUTIES:

You will support our customers on their way into the digital future both as a functional consultant and as a technical expert in the context of projects.

Conception of customer requirements

Development and implementation of customer-specific requirements on the basis of CoreMedia /Java/JEE

Support of the customer in the complete development process and collaboration on topics such as

  • Architecture   
  • Development structure 
  • Deployment Strategies 

Guidance of junior developers by imparting knowledge in code reviews and pair programming.

COMPANY-INTERNAL TOOL

SCoreMedia, Jenkins, Jira , Mercurial, Confluence , Git , Intellij , Linux , Virtuell Box ,  Maven   

QUALIFIKATIONS:

  • completed university degree in computer science, completed training as IT specialist for application development or a comparable qualification
  • experience in the fields Java EE, object-oriented programming, analytical comprehension and approach, independent working style, and commitment
  •  social competence

Experiences in / worked with:

  • Frontend: javascript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Selenium 
  • Backend: Java, Spring, JSP, FreemarkerTemplates, XML, Jason
  • Knowledge of languages English min. B2

Despite pre dominantly on-site work in Jena or Erfurt (Germany), a willingness to travel is necessary for coordination purposes, initial or final implementation rounds.

In addition to the technical know-how, you are also distinguished by your social competence. You are able to listen actively and to analyze customer requirements in a well-founded way. You have a convincing appearance, enjoy team-oriented work and mental flexibility.
