Job Description
We are looking for a Python Developer responsible to work on various small and medium-sized projects which are focused on different cyber security related areas such as automotive, critical infrastructures and cyber security as a software. Your primary focus will be the development of server-side logic, automation scripts, vulnerability scanning tools, breach detection tools and many more. You will have to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to work at application for both internal and external Research & Development projects in the area of cyber security for automotive, critical infrastructures, website security, network security and many more.
Main responsibilities
-Research & Develop cutting edge technologies that improve incident response capabilities and overall security posture of large enterprises from Romania and Europe.
-Learn new technologies and implement in the project as needed
-Develop and deliver API based applications on time and with very high code quality
-Work closely with the security team to ensure high fidelity implementations
-Debug and troubleshoot problems in live and staging applications
-Draft, Scope and create Technical Design Document and a Technical Requirements document
Requirements and Qualifications:
-Python- minimum one year of experience
-Should know RESTful design, APIs, and web technologies
-Should know working with flask, multi-threading
-Should have been involved in at least 1 project beginning to end
-Should have experience working with minimum 1 project involving relational databases or NoSQL
-Should have good -Communication skills and willing to learn
-Should be a team player
Good to have:
Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Memcache, RabbitMQ, Nginx, Elasticsearch, NoSQL databases, Golang, gRPC, Microservices
Understanding of High Availability, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning, Security
Experience in GIT, Ansible, Puppet, vagrant or other provision technologies
Understanding of OWASP Vulnerabilities
Proven experience or passion for the INFOSEC field
Experience with data structures and algorithms and object-oriented design
Agile software development model
Linux basic systems administration
Experience in discovery, assessing of current state, recommending a future state and reverse engineering the system by completing end to end analysis of apps
Ability to communicate complex technical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
