Titlu Job: Culture Manager
Simbound is an educational technology company with an office in Cluj-Napoca. We were named Europe’s best Educational Technology Startup by the EU Commision & Finnova.
We are seeking a new manager who wants to practice in the fields of culture and change management, transformative management and training design together with a small team, some of which are working with us from a distance. Your main role will be to design and implement organizational goals and communicate with all team members.
Managing events and some of the training is also part of this role. You should be creative, have a very good understanding of psychology and management and be very well organized as well as be able to complete complex projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner

Requirements:
- Management studies from a reputable education provider are a must.
- Work/Volunteering management experience is mandatory.
- Proof of involvement or interest with complex digital projects or startup organizational culture is mandatory.
- Good English skills would be nice but are not mandatory
- (Optional) Having a car can help but using a bike is preferred.
