Job Responsibilities:

• Create, curate and maintain technical articles, blog posts, and other content
• Create or oversee creation of marketing material, including videos, banners, ads, guest posts etc
• Manage company’s social media presence
• Run newsletter and other marketing campaigns
• Respond promptly to general customer inquiries
• Acknowledge, keep track of, and respond to customer support queries via various channels (phone, email, chat etc)Other domain specific activities

Applicant must be/have:

• Fluent in English - spoken and written
• Track record of previous involvement in content creation activities

Nice to be/have:

• Previous exposure to WordPress
• Previous exposure to video streaming
• Technical oriented
• Marketing or related degree or courses
• Previous experience with customer support
