Titlu Job: Senior CRM Support Engineer
We are currently recruiting a Senior Support Engineer specialized in PeopleSoft CRM.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for Operation and Maintenance, 2nd level Support:
- Fault Management (second level restoration), Problem Management & configuration management, including on call service outside office hours
- Application support for Infrastructure group activities (OS patching, replacement hw,...)
- Rollout acceptance for Minor, Major Releases and Canvass.
- Defect Management in Production
- Application Reporting.
For this particular position, it is mandatory to have an
excellent knowledge in PeopleSoft.
