Requirements:
- Experience in telecom fieldUnderstanding telecommunication networks and network elements;
- English and Italian medium level;
- Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate to multiple stakeholders, including client management;
- Availability to work in shifts (day and night);
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a 1st Level Operations Engineer with English and Italian able to collect, classify and interpret information.
- Responsible for the coordination, support, and execution maintenance activities.
- Constitute the first point of contact for specific software and hardware solutions delivered to customers;
- Responsible for opening trouble tickets, initiation of functional escalation of incidents and receiving orders requests from the customer, in various types of applications;
- Be in charge of alarm monitoring in IT/Telecom networks;
- Offer support to the field engineers during their actions (by phone and e-mail).
