Titlu Job: L3 IT Support with German (+ English)

Business hours 9-18; No nights, no weekends
Support languages: German + English
Your responsibilities will be:
- Provide 3rd Line IT technical support (windows, office) with accurate and creative solutions to customer problems.
- Research, resolve and respond to complex issues (office, windows, outlook, internet...)
- Assist in the resolution of customer and support issues to ensure a positive impact on customer satisfaction- Remote software installation via SCCM
- Software Packaging and Mass Deployment.- Windows Server Administration( User and Group Policies Creation/ Administration, Migrations, etc)
- Technical support for Windows, Android, IOS, printers, Network (Firewall, DNS, DHCP, etc..)
- Support for Citrix Xen app, different applications specific for the client
Essential experience/skills:
Experienced with Active Directory, Azure, O365 Console, SCCM, (Mass Deployment/Packaging), Networking (Firewall, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc), PowerShell and Scripting
Knowledge in at least one of the following domains: databases, storage, security solutions, virtualization, VOIP telephony.
Spoken languages: German & English
