Our client is an American Company that provides consulting services and full-cycle Software development services for the Life Science Industry. The company has a software development division in Romania and is developing, among other interesting projects, an innovative application in pharma industry which provides compliance procedure used in FDA.

Position Summary:

This is a Team Lead Quality Assurance Automation Engineer remote position to join an European/North American team. We are looking for a dedicated candidate to administer and maintain all automation scripts, review all product changes and coordinate with developers to provide high quality software solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

Design and create automated test scripts using Selenium and evaluate results;

Identify, analyze and document issues resulted from running the automated test scripts;

Determining priority for test scenarios and creating execution plans for implementation;

Maintain automation codebase in a version control system;

Analyzing product requirements and specifications;

Planning and estimation of testing efforts;

Reporting test results;

Testing documentation creation and maintenance;

Coordonate the junior QA team;

Analyzing and improving QA process.

Experience Requirements:

3-5 years on a QA Automation Engineer position;

Experience with Selenium;

Experience with Continuous Integration; 

Advanced knowledge and strong practical experience of web-applications testing;

Experience with version control system (Git);

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology tools (such as JIRA);

Advanced programming skills to write computer code and scripts in JavaScript;

Strong knowledge of testing processes and defect tracking.
