Titlu Job: UX Designer

We help the education environment by delivering creative, trans-formative digital solutions that combine our deep understanding of new and emerging technologies with experienced educational solutions for teachers and students from Romania.
We have started on a journey delivering user centric experience design for Teachers, Parents and Students from Romania.
The work continues to grow and so, we are looking for a UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of creating better new experiences for our products.
Role overview:
• product design development overview.
• understand user needs and can generate product delivery concepts, from sketch to high fidelity design based on a design system
• comfortable working within a cross-disciplined team - e.g. Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX and Data Research, Development, etc.
• design system development (Adobe Xd, Storybook, etc.)
• research, and after that interpret data and user testing conclusions into prototypes, gather feedback and iterateResponsibilities:
• designing UX and aesthetic interfaces at every level of complexity
• cooperating closely with the Development Team
• creating use cases and information architecture
• daily stand-ups with the Product Team
• participating in some UX testing and User Interviews , alongside UX Researcher
We would like to see from you:
• a portfolio of sites or products showcasing your skills and contribution to improving UX
• the ability to design for consumer facing mobile applications and maybe also web products, services
• experience in designing for mobile (native and web-based)
• detail focused - deliver designs by working with the Engineering team and driving a high quality end product.
• a good grasp of wire-framing and design / production in Adobe Xd and Figma.
• you are comfortable working within a cross disciplined team - e.g. Product Managers, User Researcher, Analysts, Development etc
