Titlu Job: Android developer

We are an educational company with experience in the Romanian market. Our products are used by thousands of children, parents or professors. 

 We are looking for a mobile Android developer responsible for development of applications in educational field.  

 You will also work closely with the Team Lead, Product Manager, UX Designers, Teachers, Web Developers during the development of the product. The job is remote. (You can come to the office if you want.)  

Responsibilities:

•    You will improve the architecture for the app, implement features the code;

•    You will work closely with a team lead, backend / API developer, UX designer and a Product Manager;

•    Requirements gathering, architecture, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance mobile applications;

•    High ownership, drive quality and maintain application stability;

•    Strong ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies in a short time;

•    Contribute as a part of our dynamic and interactive team in the development of our new Mobile Apps;

•    Collaborate closely with other developers, designers, managers and executives to define, design and ship new features;

•    Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. 

Requirements:

•    Proficiency in Android development (Java or Kotlin);

•    Familiarity with platform-specific APIs and UI/UX guidelines;

•    Preferably you have a portfolio of published apps on the store that you can present;

•    Preferably you have experience in payments via the Google Play Store.
