Titlu Job: User Researcher

We are an educational company with experience in the Romanian market. Our products are used by thousands of children, parents or professors. 

We are looking for a user researcher, to better understand user needs. 

You will work closely with fellow User Researchers, Product Manager, Data Scientist, Teachers, Web Developers during the development of the product. 

The job is remote. (You can come to the office if you want.) 

Requirements:

•    (great to have) at least 1 year of experience as User Researcher;

•    experience in human psychology;

•    have a learning focused attitude, and read two books per month to increase know-how

•    be great with people in interviews. 

Responsibilities:

•    (40% time) participate and lead user interviews;

•    lead User Experience Interviews, that evaluate how users perceive designs;

•    (5% time) create questionnaires that are statistically relevant;

•    (25% time) create different tests to validate user / buyer needs or intent. (detailed in book Inspired by Marty Cagan);

•    (10% time) think of ways to improve current experiments / tests;

•    research how users use our product (mobile app, web app);

•    research other solutions online, research how other successful products have done it.
