Titlu Job: Java Team Leader
Our Client is currently ranked as the major software producer in Romania. Aiming to maintain the trend of growing together with its Employees and partners, we are looking for the following roles to be filled within our Client organization located in Bucharest: Java Team Leader.
Descrierea postului:
Reports to the department manager
Takes care of the activities allocated by the department manager in time (programming, testing)
Coordinates the development team
Takes care of specific problems pointed out by the clients
Coordinates implementation and development teams
Coordinates the activity of the team from the administrative point of view
Respects all the procedures
Cerinte:
University degree, preferable in technologies of information domain
Excellent professional trained
Serious and responsible
Neat, rigorous, punctual, perfectionist
Communication Skills with colleagues and superiors
At least 3 years experience on a similar post
Autonomy in relocation and implementation of solutions
Excellent knowledge IT
Advanced English skills
Java
Experience as Java developer – an advantage
Good knowledge of Java Development Technologies (J2EE)
Java Certifications – an advantage
Experience in coordinating teams
