Enlisting volunteers for duty today. Responsible for creating and ensuring that levels are delivered on time and to quality. Works with the Lead Level Designer to ensure the Game Design Vision is implemented in the levels of the game. Responsible for ensuring efficient use of assets between levels whilst assuring the overall quality or player experience. Works with Art, Code and Sound to ensure that the designed levels are realistic and achievable with the scope and budget. Responsible for initiating and participating in discussion about levels within the design team Responsible for supporting the design vision outside of the design team Taking feedback on level design from Lead Level Designer Responsible for seeking and receiving feedback on level design from the entire team. Responsible for taking initiatives to further improve the quality of work Help keep the social and practical work environment at the office at a professional and pleasant level. Make efforts to carry and spread the company’s common values and ideas. Directly responsible for adhering to and administering all company policies and procedures. The safeguarding of the company’s assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how. Requirements: Been working in the video games industry for at least 1 year. Shipped at least 1 video game title. Active video games player with a strong interest in first-person shooter games. Knowledge of EA shooter video games (especially online gameplay and modding) a definite plus. Strong communication skills and ability to explain and translate level design requirements to on-site and off-site game team members Fluency in English.
