Titlu Job: Economic Consultant-German Speaking
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
• Delivery of tasks as per standard operating procudure and tasks scheduled for the day
• Co-ordinate with team members, plan to ensure completion of daily tasks
• SLA Delivery - to meet and exceed expectation
• Attend calls of of team/customer
• Flexible to take additional responsibility/tasks if required
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
•Logical thinker
•Good knowledge of spoken and written english
•Excellent key board skills - speed and accuracy; awareness of functional keys and comfortable in working on mutilple screen
•Process oriented , customer focussed and exposure to strict time lines
•Open to working in shifts including night shifts
•Team player
