IT Support Specialist
In the name of our customer, world leading provider of industrial productivity solutions, we are searching for an IT Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the provision of an excellent 1st level PC/Helpdesk support.
- Responsible for the installation of hardware and software including configuration and software upgrade
- To support users with IT services, e.g. within the areas PC, LAN, WAN and Lotus Notes.
- To implement IT procedures according to internal IT Standards
- To contribute to the continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
- Actively support IT related projects and implementation
- Develop and implement adequate IT tools to support the Business
- Directly report to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Windows XP client administration
- Administrate MS Windows 2003 server and LAN.
- Microsoft Office 2000/XP
- Knowledge in administration of Lotus Notes Clients
- Knowledge in Lotus Notes application
- Knowledge in SQL
- Knowledge in Scala and/or Business Intelligence software a strong advantage
- A certification in one or more areas is an advantage
- Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must
