Titlu Job: Graphic/Web Designer

We are looking for a passionate, talented and enthusiastic web and graphic designer to join our rapidly growing team. Candidate must be a self-directed team player able to communicate well, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects and proactively solve problems. Responsibilities (includes but not limited to): * Create design layouts in Photoshop, and work closely with other team members to build them out in XHTML/CSS * Prepare and slice design components into structured images for web * Create valid XHTML/CSS web pages, adhering to W3C standards * In addition to websites, typical projects include designing e-mails, icons, logos and more as needed Requirements: * 1-3 years experience in a web design role is preferred but talent takes precedence over years of experience. All experience levels are encouraged to apply * Strong web portfolio required * Confidence and creativity to think beyond the obvious and to justify your design ideas * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing * Ability to accurately estimate design and development timelines and meet deadlines * Exceptional attention to detail and consistency * Willingness to learn related skills and to go beyond the general work responsibilities * Able to collaborate with others but also work independently Benefits: * Part time employment contract offered * Good salary according to the proven experience and talent * Professional and friendly working environment * Flexible working schedule * Private medical subscription
